With over 20 years of experience as a registered sleep technologist, Isaac De La Cruz founded Kingdom Sleep to address the significant delays patients face in Vermont’s healthcare system.
Throughout his career, Isaac has worked in three major Vermont hospitals, where he played a key role in elevating sleep program standards, improving diagnostic accuracy, and enhancing patient outcomes. While managing a private sleep lab in Saint Albans, Vermont, he guided thousands of patients through every step of their journey from initial testing and diagnosis to successful treatment and long term follow up care.
Seeing patients wait months for both in-lab studies and hospital home sleep tests, Isaac created Kingdom Sleep to deliver fast, convenient, at-home sleep apnea testing directly to patients’ doors. Every study is interpreted and signed by a board-certified sleep physician licensed in Vermont.
Isaac’s mission is simple: make high-quality, physician-supervised sleep testing accessible and timely for Vermonters (NY coming soon) so they can achieve better sleep and better days sooner.

QUESTION
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a home sleep apnea test (HSAT)?
A home sleep apnea test is a convenient, FDA-cleared way to diagnose sleep apnea from the comfort of your own bed. Our PranaQ TipTraQ device is a simple fingertip sensor that monitors your breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, and sleep patterns overnight. The data is then reviewed and interpreted by a board-certified sleep physician.
2. How does the process work?
1. Purchase your test online.
2. Receive the small device in the mail with easy instructions.
3. Complete the test at home (usually one night).
4. Mail the device back using the prepaid label.
5. Receive your results and follow-up within 3–5 business days.
3. Is this test as accurate as one done in a sleep lab?
Yes. The TipTraQ is a clinically validated Type 3 device. For most patients with suspected obstructive sleep apnea, home testing is highly accurate and preferred by major medical organizations due to convenience and comfort.
4.What if I’m diagnosed with sleep apnea?
We don’t abandon you after the diagnosis. With the Full Support Package, we provide coaching, help explain your options, and act as a liaison to help you start treatment quickly — whether that’s CPAP, oral appliance, or lifestyle changes. We’re here to support you throughout the journey.
5. Will my insurance cover this?
This is primarily a cash-pay service and is not billed to insurance for most patients. Many choose this option to avoid long hospital wait times and get faster results.
However, if you have Vermont Medicare and Medicaid, we can bill your insurance directly at no upfront cost to you (subject to any applicable copays, which are typically $0).
Simply select the Vermont Medicaid/Medicare option on our pricing page, complete the intake form, and we will coordinate with your PCP for the necessary order and handle all billing.
You can also submit for possible reimbursement on your own if you have private insurance with out-of-network benefits.
6. How long does it take to get results?
Once we receive the device back, your study is typically interpreted and results are available within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a secure email with your report and next steps.
7. What’s the difference between the $179.99 and $329 packages?
$179.99 Results Package: Includes the test, physician interpretation, detailed report ready for you to present to your PCP or Specialist.
$329 Full Support Package: Everything in the Results Package plus personalized coaching, a results breakdown, and ongoing liaison support until you begin treatment (including help connecting with CPAP providers if needed).
